Mark A. Sexton

Mark A. Sexton has been a dedicated member of Hosto & Cardis, PLLC (formerly Hosto & Buchan, PLLC) since 1998. With a practice exclusively focused on debt collection and creditors’ rights, Mark brings over 25 years of legal experience representing clients in complex collection matters and financial recovery litigation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1997.

Mark is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Arkansas (1998), Tennessee (2004), and Texas (2018), and appears regularly in numerous U.S. District Courts.
